SC Property Services was established in March of 1997 by Sal and Jackie Castro. SC Property Services in a family owned corporation that is truly "in" the business of property services. We are not just a company on letterhead. We actually own and maintain our own equipment and have over 30 loyal employees.


We use economical air sweepers mounted on late model GMC or Chevrolet trucks. We prefer to use Hydrotek pressure washers / steam cleaning equipment with water recovery systems mounted on flat bed trucks.


Our service areas include Los Angeles, Orange, and San Bernardino Counties. We service malls, shopping centers, business centers, and industrial parks.
